Private Table is a personal dining experience built around you — your taste, your guests, your moment. Whether it's an anniversary dinner for two or a celebration for twenty, every detail is shaped to the occasion.
As your private chef, I handle everything: the menu design, the ingredients, the cooking, the plating, and the clean-up. You simply arrive at the table.

Hands-on workshops rooted in Mediterranean cuisine — to share, to taste, to learn. Each session is intimate, informal, and designed around the pleasure of good food. Available for private groups, studios, and corporate teams.
Build a full Mediterranean spread together — dips, flatbreads, marinated vegetables, small plates. The most social format, the most generous table.
Up to 20 guests · 2–3 hrsA structured tasting of single-origin olive oils from Spain, Italy, and Greece — paired with breads and small dishes designed to highlight each one.
Up to 16 guests · 1.5–2 hrsMake fresh pasta by hand, then sit down and eat it. A full course prepared around what the group has made — simple, satisfying, memorable.
Up to 14 guests · 2.5–3 hrsWines from coastal Italy, southern Spain, and Greece — each paired with a dish designed around it. An evening of tasting, conversation, and discovery.
Up to 20 guests · 2–3 hrsMediterranean-style crudo, carpaccio, and ceviches — sea bass, tuna, branzino. A refined, hands-on session exploring the art of the raw plate.
